Camp

About Our Camp

We offer a wonderful summer program which runs for 7 weeks. Our program is for children ages 2-6. Every group has its own cheer. From Guppies to Buffalos, our grounds are filled with camp spirit. We are specialists in working with young children so everything we do is custom-geared for this age group!

Camp is an experience that lives within you for the rest of your life.  Friendships, skills, songs and cheers will never be forgotten.  Camp provides opportunities children need to try new things, to gain confidence from their successes, to learn resilience, to explore and just simply, to play!

Founded in 1957, our camp has touched the lives of thousands of children.  We provide a safe, small setting where your child will not get lost in the crowd.

Hours

We offer a variety of choices:

  • AM (9-11:45) which includes daily swim, playground and alternating specials of Music, Sports, Drama and Art.
  • 9-1 which includes our AM program plus Lunch and an additional activity like Sports, Music or Art.
  • 9-2 which includes our AM program, Lunch, an additional activity and a second Swim.

Camp includes many activities. We have two in-ground heated pools. We have a fabulous swim program which uses the American Red Cross certification. Over the years, many children have learned to swim here and have earned Beginner and Advanced Beginner swim cards.

Our Sports include soccer, whiffle ball, kickball, relay races, etc. and the development of lots of physical skills.

Our Music Program will leave you singing along to some of our fun camp music for the rest of your life. The music at our final Round-Up includes themes like Disney, Rock-N-Roll and Broadway.

Arts & Crafts will be an age-appropriate variety of hand-made beautiful projects.

Our 4, 5 and 6 year olds will participate in a group “play.” We will develop our dramatic abilities and have fun too! Parents are invited to our performances!

We participate in many special activities. Here are just some of the special events of our summer:
